At vozlys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@vozlys.com.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Address: We will provide the specific return shipping address once your return request is approved.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@vozlys.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective/Wrong Products: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), vozlys will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

6. Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
